If you happened to watch the so called Planning Commission meeting, they were ready to reject a office park development because they wouldn’t proffer in a Fred stop. After staff consulted with the Fred people, they said not to build it because it would force Fred to have to offer service in an area that they now don’t. Of course Brito’s girl on the board called it hogwash. And Bob’s girl voted against it, but it passed 6-1.
